Returns, Refunds, and Cancellations
Uscarsmats groupe specializes in custom-made car mats tailored to your vehicle’s specifications. Due to the personalized nature of our products, Orders cannot be canceled after 24 hours of being placed. Once your order is confirmed, it is immediately sent into production and cannot be modified.
This refund policy does not affect your legal rights, including your rights under the warranty of conformity or protection against hidden defects, as required by applicable law.
Verification and Installation Procedure
If you believe your mats do not fit your vehicle correctly, please follow these steps before contacting us:
- Remove any existing mats from your car.
- Adjust the front seats (driver and passenger) backward to allow room for installation.
- Carefully position the mats in their designated areas.
- Secure the mats using the provided clips or trips.
- Ensure the mats do not obstruct the pedals or other essential functions of the vehicle.
If the issue persists, contact us at support@uscarsmats.com within 14 days of receiving your order. Please provide:
- Clear photos or videos showing the mats in your vehicle.
- Detailed vehicle information (make, model, and year).
Our team will evaluate your case and, if necessary, arrange for a replacement or refund.
Standard Returns:
Products may be returned within 90 days of receipt. Refunds will be initiated upon receipt, inspection, and confirmation of the returned item. The refund amount will be the full purchase price.
Items eligible for standard returns must meet the following conditions:
All products and parts must be returned to qualify for a refund.
We recommend photographing the original packaging, product, and other contents before returning them.
This ensures your product's condition is documented, facilitating a smooth return process.
Return Shipping Costs
- Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the issue is due to a proven manufacturing defect.
- All returns must be made in the original, unused, and undamaged packaging.
- Once the return is received and inspected, refunds will be processed within 14 days.Please note that it will also take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and mail your refund.
Unclaimed or Returned Parcels:
- If a parcel is returned to us due to an incorrect address or failure to collect the package, the customer will be responsible for covering the cost of reshipping.
- If the parcel remains unclaimed for more than 30 days, the order will be canceled without the possibility of a refund.
Legal Warranties
This policy does not affect your legal rights. You are entitled to:
- A warranty of conformity: Your product must match its description and be fit for purpose.
- Protection against hidden defects: You are covered against any defect that renders the product unfit for its intended use.

Order and Customer Responsibility
- It is the customer’s responsibility to provide accurate vehicle details and a correct shipping address when placing an order. Uscarsmats cannot be held responsible for errors made by the customer.
Claim Deadlines
- Issues or defects must be reported within 14 days of receiving your order.
I want to cancel my order
Every car mat we manufacture is exclusively custom-made to a customer's car specifications. Hence, we only accept cancellation or amendment requests within 24 hours of the order placement.
Once a custom order has been placed, it CANNOT be changed/cancelled if you change your mind about something. Once it has been manufactured and shipped directly, you'll need to wait until you receive the item to talk over refunds and return accommodations with our service team.
